Titanic Hotel Belfast is on course to open in 10 weeks, the Irish Independent first reports.
The luxury project, set in the Harland & Wolff headquaters and historic Drawing Offices adjacent to Titanic Belfast itself, opens in September.
The €32m hotel is one of the most hotly-anticipated in Northern Ireland, which will have 119 bedrooms with spectacular views of Queen's Island.
This luxury hotel will be designed on the ship itself. The tiles in the main bar are said to be identical to the tiles in Titanic's swimming pool.
Tourism in Belfast has increased in recent years with the help of Game of Thrones, along with the opening of the new Bullitt Hotel, EastSide Visitor Centre and CS Lewis Square, an extension to the five-star Fitzwilliam Hotel.
In 2016, the Titanic Belfast was voted 'the World's Leading Tourist Attraction' at the world travel awards.
